JUNK IN MY TRUNK

Okay lads and ladies!! I was talking with my sister-in-law and the most brilliant idea came to my mind!! You may even make this your next income opportunity. I am not going to, but I love my stroke of brilliance. So here it is.....You know how as a 12 year old girl, you were given a hope chest to keep all of your special belongings and items that you might want for your future????? Well I received one and many of my friends did as well. It is still one of my most prized possessions. This is not a picture of mine, but it looks similar to those that my friends received. So, As I was talking to my sister-in-law we were considering what we could do for my nephew when he turns 12. And this is when the great idea dawned on me. How about a "Mission Trunk." We could slowly fill it with all the amazing things he will use when he goes on his mission. So each year, on his birthday, he will be given things to put inside his mission trunk to prepare him for his mission. Those things might include, a towel or two with his name embroidered on it. White handkerchiefs, mission journals, awesomely cool ties, picture albums and stuff like that.
Now these trunks don't have to be given when they are twelve or prior to going, but could even be great gifts when a missionary returns. He could put in all of his memories from his mission. So then get this, if you wanted to you could mod podge mission scrap paper all over it, or maps of places he would want to go, or places he already went. Then bust out the vinyl lettering with the words "My Mission Trunk" right on top. I love it!! So there you go, my awesome idea!!

Uncle Joey

My sweet Uncle Joey, recently passed away at the age of 53. He was recently diagnosed with Cancer and things happened very quickly. He was one of those guys who didn't take things too seriously, but understood what our true purpose was. In my eyes, he was funny, loving, sweet, a prankster, thoughtful, and most importantly...so full of service. He gave and gave, and never expected anything in return, except for you to pay it forward to someone who might deserve a little service. I love him and he will be missed so much. He was definitely the life of the party, reunion, outing, and/or event. To my Aunt and cousins.....I am so sorry, and we were so blessed to have him in our lives for the time in which we did.

My BLOG BUTTON May Earn You $$

I just had Dave build me a new website that I am marketing to stay-at-home moms, or women who might want to work from home in the near future. So I made a blog button that I am going to use on various sites. I would love it if you would throw my button on your side bar somewhere. If you don't want to, NO prob. However, if anyone signs up as a result of my button on YOUR site, you will earn $50 bucks each time!!

It would be added as a gadget under html code.
