Yep, Still Slackin'

Okay, I am still slackin' on my blogging responsibilities, but I of course, have fantastic excuses. We are going to Hawaii for 2 weeks and are just finalizing all the plans for our trip. However, this is not a great excuse, but I am pretty excited about it because we are taking all three of my girls and my MIL. It's going to be so great. So I have been cleaning a ton, doing lot's of laundry, packing suit cases and travel-ons, finalizing business transactions, finalizing my churchly duties, we took our frog to a good drop off, asked my mom to water our flourishing garden of one tomato plant and one cantaloupe plant, and tomorrow we are going to set our Horney Toad free on an ant pile and let him go the way of nature. This is going to be a very tough farewell for my girls. They love "big horney" ...ps, they named it, not me. But in the mean time, I have been having tonz of fun too with family and friends. We have been to the natural springs and waterfalls here in Payson a few times to swim and jump off little cliffs. We spent a glorious day in Chandler at a swim park with my super fab friends and though it was hot, it was so great hanging out with them. I miss my friends from Pinetop. We've gone school shopping a few times, and we have been out having tonz of summer fun as well. Like playing in the rain, which we did tonight and had a blast as the wind blew so hard, it turned our umbrellas inside out, oh and I made $6,000 over the last two days too. Yeah for me, even with all the blog slackin'. Anyways, that's about it, I will blog upon my arrival. Stand by for the best vacation pics and stories ever. I am sure they will rock!! ALOHA

MY LIFE CAN COME BACK TO ME NOW

OKAY, I know I have been absent, but I believe my life can come back to me now. It took me eight total days to read the remainder of the Twilight Book Series. I have just finished, after borrowing the last book from my dear friend Kirsten who, unknowingly, saved my sanity. After watching the first movie, and resisting with all my power to give into the "NORM" I just had to know what was coming, how it all worked out. So I picked up New Moon, finished it quickly, moved on, to Eclipse, and then to Breaking Dawn. I am so relieved to have a happy ending. So relieved to be able to live again and do what I should. I do admit, losing myself for a few days in a series of books was great too. I can't believe people actually sat and waited for the next one to come out, without going crazy with anxiety. I am grateful, that waiting wasn't part of my experience. So to all those lovely ladies who encouraged me to read them........"I LOVE YOU." And for all of those other lovely ladies who are hating on me right now, "Don't knock it until you try it." Lot's of Love!!!
